Shipping Policy

• Domestic (within India)delivery: 5–7 business days.
• International delivery: Estimated 10–15 business days (varies by destination).

3. Shipping Charges
Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specified amount.

4. Tracking
A shipping/tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once dispatched, risk transfers to you. We recommend using trackable shipping. Galaxy Moringa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.

6. Customs & Duties

Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you’re unsatisfied due to product defects or damage.

2. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
• Provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence for defective or damaged items.

3. How to Return
Contact us at support@galaxymoringa.com with your order number and issue. We’ll provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.

4. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured delivery at your cost.

5. Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Exceptions

• Sale items: Non-refundable.
